The EAI presents individuals with a series
of questions in a self-scoring inventory to assist them in developing
a better understanding of their own ethical style, the ethical
beliefs of others and some of the challenges they may experience
when working with others of a different ethical perspective.
This foundational book in the TWI Awareness Series helps individuals
and organizations become more aware of how different people
can approach the same situation in different ways. Awareness
of the core beliefs underlying ethical decisions is critical
to our ability to Articulate our position (to communicate meaningful
input effectively) and to achieve the desired result in ethical
decision making—the Application of ethical principles
through making good choices.
