| Managing My
Life Programs |
The advent of facsimiles,
cellular phones, e-mail, the Internet and
the mass utilization of computers over
the past fifteen years has quickly plunged
us into the information revolution. The
increased speed and availability of information
requires us to handle more tasks and responsibilities
and to respond faster – sometimes
spontaneously – to demands. In
addition, re-organizations at work continue
to lead to downsizing, as well as to offers
of early retirement to employees who are
typically in their 50's and 60's.
The
Managing My Life Wellness Programs help individuals take better charge of their
personal and professional life. They
help employers improve retention, reduce
absenteeism and increase morale.
