Managing My Life: Managing Change

Module Two: Managing Change Through My Win-Win Relationships will lead users to:
1. Better appreciate why having win-win relationships can be very helpful in managing change more effectively.
2. Examine an Adlerian-based personality model, which will help them become more perceptive of their needs and the needs of others.
3. Identify key strategies that will help them develop win-win relationships more effectively.
Module Three: Managing Change with a Positive Attitude which leads users to:
1. Better appreciate how individuals with positive attitudes manage change more effectively.
2. Sharpen their understanding of their own attitude and value system.
3. Further improve the quality of their life by using techniques which will help them maintain a more positive attitude.
4. Identify techniques that will help them remain calm even when facing unwanted change.
Module Four: Managing Change Through Goal-Setting and Taking Action will lead users to:
1. Realize the benefits of having goals and objectives and an action plan for managing change and their life.
2. Become exposed to several goal-setting techniques which can be used to help them adjust to and manage change more effectively.
3. Learn how to turn goals and objectives into action plans.
