It's hard to believe that the year is
almost over. As I look back, I've
been happy with what's transpired, but
am always seeking ways to improve.
No one can accuse me of letting moss
grow under my feet!
It's tough listening to all the dire
news about Wall Street, our financial
institutions and the economy. At
the same time, I'm cautiously optimistic
about my business for next year. I
keep looking for ways to add even more
value to my customers. If you have
any ideas or suggestions, please
email me. I'd love to hear

ARTICLE – WHAT'S AT THE END OF
YOUR RAINBOW? |

|
I was heading out to dinner with my
husband to meet some friends recently,
and was struck by this magnificent
rainbow. (The photo doesn't do it
justice.)
The rainbow extended the full 180
degrees but was too close to get
captured in it's entirety for this shot.
There was actually a faint double
rainbow which you can barley see if you
look hard. |

In any
event, the richness of this rainbow got me
thinking about the mythical riches that might
lie at its ends. Traditionally, it's the
pot of gold, but I know that individuals value
different things.
So,
what would YOU place at your rainbow's end?

More revenue or profits for your
business?

Better health for you and your dear ones?

More time to enjoy life?
-
A safer world to explore?
-
Long-term financial security?
If you're heard me speak, you've heard me say
how critical it is to know where you're heading.
Without a clear direction, you'll wind up
drifting along going where life's circumstances
take you.
What to do instead?

Write down your goals
-
Share them with people who care about
you

Ask for help
-
Revisit them often
-
Track your progress
-
Change them when appropriate
-
Find people who've achieved them.
Emulate what they did.
Dream big and get to work!
